The above link is being passed around and though it is a funny little story, it’s totally off. Obama’s not going to take all of the people-who-make-more-than-250,000.00-per-year’s money.
It would make more sense if the guy (who for some reason was eating upwards of a 50.00 lunch), would have decided to take 39% of the 10.00 tip, leave the waiter a 6.10 tip (still a fair amount for a lunch tip) and give the homeless guy 3.90 (plenty for a tall boy and sharpie). I think in that scenario (obama’s plan) you would have found that everyone would have been happy.
