I just installed the entire CS4 Master Collection on my computer, it took 15 minutes from start to finish, and that’s including blocking the adobe IPs so they can’t know that I got it for free. Most IT guys I’ve ever dealt with are so G.D. incompetent. It seems like they purposely take forever doing simple tasks because if the bosses knew that any monkey could do their jobs then they wouldn’t have a job.
something that sometimes helps is to threaten them, and when they say, “don’t threaten me,” respond quickly with, “that’s not a threat, it’s a promise.”
